Acceptance

By using Magikard, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Magikard Does

Magikard is a free Pokemon TCG collection tracker. You can track one "best" card per Pokemon, manage duplicates, view stats, add friends, and optionally upgrade to Pro for extra features.

Your Account

• You sign in via Google. You are responsible for your Google account's security.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts.
• You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deletion is permanent.

Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the service. This includes:

• Automated scraping or bulk API abuse
• Attempting to access other users' data
• Using the service for anything illegal

Pro & Payments

• Pro is a one-time, pay-what-you-want purchase (including $0).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Pro status is permanent once granted. No recurring charges.
• Refund requests can be made by emailing splash@magikard.app.

Data & Content

• Pokemon and card data comes from third-party sources (PokeAPI, PokemonTCG.io, TCGdex). We don't guarantee its accuracy or availability.
• Card prices are sourced from TCGPlayer via PokemonTCG.io and are indicative, not financial advice.
• Your collection data belongs to you. We don't sell or share it with third parties.

Availability

We aim to keep Magikard available but make no uptime guarantees. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Magikard is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Magikard after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app.
